Silver swimmer: Croydon Amphibian Oludaisi Adefisan
Croydon Amphibians Oludaisi Adefisan returned from the ASA National English Championship last weekend with a silver medal.
Swimming in the disability category, 15-year-old Adefisan, known as Daisi, finished eighth in the 100m freestyle and then swam to medal glory in the 50m freestyle.
Clubmate Raffael Ryder, 15, finished 15th overall in the 50m freestyle.
Head coach Jamie Stewart said: “I am immensely proud of both boys on achieving qualification to the championships.
“Daisi should be very pleased with his silver medal, all the hard work in training does pay off.”
