Sutton teenagers will find out their GCSE results today - and we want to hear from you.

Pupils across the borough collected their results this morning with exam watchdog Ofqual warning there could be "volatile" results this year.

The number of A* to C grades achieved by Sutton students in last year's GCSE exams was 78.6 per cent- down from 95.6 per cent in 2013.

We will update this story as results come in from schools across Sutton and will include any contributions from teachers, pupils and readers.

Overton Grange School's results were the first to arrive with the school awarding 66 per cent of pupils with A*-C grades -including English and Maths- and 18 percent A*-A grades to their students.

The second set of results to find their way onto our desk came from Nonsuch High School where 81% of all entries awarded A*-A grades and 99.4% of students gaining 5 A*-C grades.

74 per cent of Glenthorne High School pupils gained five A*-C including English and Maths and 24 per cent of all grades awarded were A*-A.

Carshalton Boys secured their best ever GCSE results with 60 per cent of pupils achieving 5 A*- C grades, including English and Maths, and 16 per cent being awarded A*-A.

At Wallington County Grammar School 100 per cent of students received A*-C grades and 75 per cent achieved A*-A in their results.

Greenshaw Headteacher, Nick House, was pleased to announce that 65 percent of pupils attained 5 A*-C grades and that 22 per cent had been awarded A*-A.

He said: "It was brilliant to see so many smiling faces this morning. 

"It feels like it has been a long time between the final exam in June and getting the results today, but the waiting was definitely worth it. 

"Our students are going to a wide range of destinations and I am equally proud of each and every one of them."

Carshalton High School for Girls recorded their best ever results with 61 per cent of students gaining A*-C grades and 22 percent were handed A*-A grades.

GCSE results in from Wilson's School GCSE results where 100 per cent of students were awarded 5 A*-C grades and 82 per cent of all grades awarded were either A* or A’.

99 per cent of Wallington High School for Girls' pupils secured 5 or more A*-C grades and 79 per cent obtained A*-A grades.

Sutton High School for Girls awarded 99 per cent of their girls with A*-C and 66 per cent were awarded A*-A grades.
