Two burglars were caught on CCTV speeding off on a moped stolen from a 17-year-old boy.
The footage, which was captured by various CCTV cameras in the area, shows two men repeatedly approaching the address in Oldfields Road before making off with the bike.
The blue Piaggio moped, owned by a teenage boy who spent more than £2,500 on its modifications, was taken from inside the home after the men forced their way in through the front door at about 3am on April 1.
Police are investigating the burglary. Officers have carried out enquires of surrounding addresses and collected CCTV from the area.
Wayne Brock, 48, whose son owns the bike, said: "My son is gutted because he has spent so much building it up completely from scratch.
"But he has come to terms with it now, and it is just one of those things, but hopefully someone will find some evidence and get the bike back for him."
Both suspects are described as being aged about 20.
One had dark hair and stubble and was wearing a grey tracksuit and the other was wearing dark clothing.
