A man has been arrested after a car ploughed into a St Helier garden following a police chase.
The car collided with a parked car and ended up in the garden of a home in Duke of Edinbugh Road, Sutton, near St Helier Hospital, after the driver failed to stop for police at about 3.45pm, Wednesday, July 27.
Police shut Duke of Edinburgh Road between Westminster Road, Whitby Road and Surrey Grove since 4pm, yesterday afternoon.
No one was reported as having been injured and a man was arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent.
Sutton police officers are investigating.
