A missing puppy farm rescue dog has been found after 10 days on the streets.
Daisy, a brown border terrier, disappeared from Seears Park in St Duncan's Hill on Saturday, February 4 at about 4pm, after becoming scared of another dog and its owner.
Barbara Short, whose 89-year-old mother owns Daisy, says the terrier had "a hard life" before being adopted by the family from the RSPCA.
Mrs Short confirmed that Daisy had been found on Valentines Day after an elderly gentleman spotted her sleeping in a doorway between some rubbish bins in Gander Green Lane by Londis.
She said: "She still had her blue coat and pink collar on. She is now home safe and well. She and mum were thrilled to be home. What a valentine for my mum."
