A hearing has been delayed into whether a 101-year-old man accused of sexual assaults against a schoolgirl is fit to stand trial.
Douglas Hammersly, of Cotsford Avenue in New Malden, was due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on March 31 to hear the judge's decision, but the hearing was delayed due to psychiatric reports not having been completed.
The three charges of indecent assault all relate to the same girl, who is now aged in her 40s, with one of the attacks alleged to have taken place in 1977, the other two in 1979.
The hearing has been deferred to April 25.
