On Saturday 24th June, 4th Worcester Park Scout Group are bringing the first Classic Car and Bike Show to town in conjunction with this year’s Summer Fete.

The show will kick off at 11.30am with a parade starting from Stone Place car park outside Waitrose Worcester Park. The parade will head up Worcester Park High Street, turning into Balmoral Road and ending at 4th Worcester Park Scout HQ. Leading the parade will be a classic Bedford lorry, followed by the Kingston & Malden Scout and Guide Band and members of 4th Worcester Park Scout Group to start off this year’s Summer Fete at midday.

More than 30 classic cars and motorbikes will be on display at the summer fete including Model T Fords, Dodge Charger, Knight Rider Car, Mondeo Police Car (from the Bill), Austin 7 Ruby, Mustangs, Porsche and Harley Davidson.

Entrance to the fete is £1 per adult and free for anyone under 16. Other attractions at the fair include a climbing wall, aerial walkway, Gladiator, Bouncy Castle, trampolines, Reptile event, archery, BBQ, Bar, Grand Draw with a 1st prize of £200 and many other stalls. The grounds will resonate to music by the Scout and Guide Band.
