Planning permission has been submitted to construct a new six-storey building in Hackbridge.
Developer Hexagon Investments Limited have proposed to build eight two bedroom flats and four one bedroom flats.
The 12 flat block would require 70 square metres of retail space on the ground floor.
Two car parking spaces are included in the plans for the currently underdeveloped land.
59 London Road in Hackbridge is the site of the potential new block that is north of Hackbridge train station.
