Restaurant chain PizzaExpress has relocated on Sutton High Street and is now open for business.
The bigger location holds 190 seats and has created 16 new jobs.
A dining space can be hired for events, private dinners and meetings.
Manager of the restaurant, Eddy Hoti, said: "I am incredibly excited to be opening our new restaurant in Sutton and to be at the helm of such a great team."
The design of PizzaExpress was inspired by Sutton's location on the London to Brighton turnpike from 1755.
An upgraded menu has been launched to feature a new vegetarian pizza, a traditional Italian street snack starter and more gluten-free dishes.
