Wayne Lazarus Firmin, 37, pleads guilty
A 37-year-old Sutton man has pleaded guilty to public indecency charges after he exposed himself in Morden.
Wayne Lazarus Firmin, of Westminster Road, was holding his “erect penis” in the communal areas of flats on Morden Hall Road, Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court heard.
He also pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine and cannabis and was fined a total of £520.
He must also comply with a community order under the supervision of the probation service through which he must attend rehabilitation appointments.
The incident occurred on September 30 this year, and Firmin pleaded guilty to the offences on October 18, 2017.
