Freezing temperatures are set to hit London and the south east - and we could be in for snow over the next few days, the Met Office is warning.
Today will see heavy rain and strong winds before it becomes increasingly cold.

The temperature could drop to -1C tonight with a cold and frosty start to Friday.
Tomorrow will remain cold with strong winds and "a few snow showers", forecasters say.
For the weekend, the regional outlook shows more cold weather and the possibility of more snow showers.

A spokesman from the Met Office said: “It's fairly mild out there today, but over the next few days it will be turning much colder. Snow is possible for many on Friday and perhaps over the weekend.”
London is also expecting strong winds this weekend as we get the the tail end of Storm Caroline which has been battering the top of the country.
