Thames Water has said sorry to its customers in south west and south east London as many people are still waterless.
Homes in Bromley Common are having problems with water after a burst water main.
Thames Water said: "We apologise to all our customers at this difficult time for the uncertainty and frustration we have caused about when your water supplies will return to your homes.
"We have every available person working to restore the supply, but we know many of you in the south west and south east London area still have no water, we understand this is not the reassurance you are looking for.
"As soon as we can update you with realistic timescales we will, but at this time we expect water supplies in some areas in south west and south east London off into this morning."
