THE CROYDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) TRAFFIC ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT NO.6) ORDER 2007.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on the 29 October 2007 made the above mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act, 1985.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce:-
(a) waiting restrictions "at any time" throughout the week in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice;
(b) waiting restrictions between 8am and 9.30am and 2.30pm and 4pm on Monday to Friday inclusive in lengths of Hillsmead Way and Limpsfield Road, South Croydon specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice;
(c) loading restrictions between 7am and 10am and 4pm and 7pm on Monday to Friday inclusive in the length of Selhurst Road specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 5 November 2007, of the Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Traffic Order 2007 (and of any Order which has previously amended that Order) can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at the Enquiry Counter, "One Stop" Facility, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey.

4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from Parking Services, Environment, Culture and Public Protection Department, Ist Floor, Davis House, Robert Street, Croydon, CR0 1QQ.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
