A man was rushed to hospital last night after being stabbed in Norbury.
The man is believed to have been stabbed in the back at around 9.30pm in Norbury Crescent.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said the man, believed to be in his 20s, was taken to Mayday Hospital suffering from head injuries and a stab wound to the back.
Police, who cordoned off the road while they searched the area, arrested a man in the early hours of this morning.
He is currently being held at a south London police station.
