Two lanes have been closed on the A3 near Esher after a car crashed in to the central reservation.
Two southbound lanes have been closed between the A244 Copsem Lane and A245 Portsmouth Road, creating congestion back to the A240 Kingston Road-Tolworth Roundabout.
Lanes two and three have been blocked by the accident.
