Mother’s Day is this Sunday, March 10, and several restaurants in Sutton are getting ready to offer a dining experience for your mum or mother-figure.

From refreshing cocktails to delicious three-course meals, these venues are promising to keep the spirit of love and family alive.

Here are five places in Sutton getting ready to show their appreciation this Mother’s Day.

All Bar One

All Bar One, in 2 Hill Road, is a wine bar that has prepared a Mother’s Day eating experience.

It’s a three-course menu, with the starter featuring karaage sticky chicken with chipotle jam, their main featuring chicken and chorizo skewers, and a berry meringue martini for dessert.

Families can raise a glass of champagne, wine, sparkling, or cocktails to that special woman in their lives.

All Bar One will be open from 9am to 9pm.

Slug and Lettuce

Slug and Lettuce, on 33-35 High Street, will have a special menu for Mother’s Day.

On Saturday, March 9, Slug and Lettuce will be hosting their “Mamma Mia, My, My, How Can You Resist Us?” event.

The event will be a brunch experience with unlimited cocktails.

Mothers will be welcomed to a free PB&J shot on arrival and Slug and Lettuce promise a “dazzling and shimmering” experience for mothers and mother-figures.

The experience will last from 12pm to 1am.

Robin Hood

Robin Hood, on 52 West Street, has a special three-course menu ready for Mother’s Day at just £28.

The menu includes goats’ cheese and poached pear salad, roast chicken with a sage and onion stuffing, and sea salt and rosemary roast potatoes.

If you still have room for dessert, they’re preparing a Lotus Biscoff sundae with ice cream and whipped cream, or a salted caramel chocolate brownie.

Mother’s Day at Robin Hood will last from 12pm to 11pm.

Lobster and Grill

Lobster and Grill, on 12 High Street, has cooked up a special menu just for Mother’s Day.

On the menu, grilled Atlantic prawns are on the starter section and a maize-fed chicken supreme as a main.

For dessert, you can either take the healthier option of mango sorbet with mixed berries, or go for the dark chocolate fondant.

Mothers get a complimentary glass of prosecco.

The dining experience will take place from 12pm to 9pm.

Zizzi

Zizzi, on 13 High Street, will be bringing an Italian kick to this Mother’s Day.

From pastas to pizzas to chicken, Zizzi is promising an unforgettable experience to celebrate mums and mother-figures.

The menu will be available on both Saturday, March 9, and Sunday, March 10.

It will last from 11.30am to 11pm on Saturday, and 11.30am to 10pm on Sunday.
