The Council have received an application for planning permission to carry out the following development within the above conservation area which in their opinion would affect the character or appearance of the area.

Erection of 3 three/four storey buildings comprising a total of 70 two bedroom and 2 one bedroom flats; erection of 20 two/three storey three bedroom houses with accommodation in roofspace; erection of three/four storey building for use as residential care home/day care centre; formation of access road and provision of associated parking
