STREET TRADING - STREET DESIGNATION ORDER
The Council are considering designating sites in the Borough as 'Licensed Streets' as defined by the London Local Authorities Act 1990 and in accordance with Section 24 of that Act, for the purpose of street trading.
1. On the footway outside 1575 London Road Norbury, length 3.5m, width 1.5m height 1.m to display fruit and vegetables.
2. On the footway outside 119 High Street, Thornton Heath site length 6.15m, width 0.56m height 1.5m, to display vegetables.
3. On the footway outside 9 High Street, Thornton Heath site length 2.6m, width1m, height 1.5m, to display tables and chairs.
If any person wishes to make objections to the designations of the above sites, they must do so in writing to Community Services Department - Licensing Team, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, CR9 3JS by 26th August 2009.
