Kingston, Croydon and Merton were also identified as possible sites for the energy facility capable of handling radioactive, clinical and sludge waste.

Pat Fletcher, 81, from Cheam, patrols the town centre with street pastors offering advice, lollipops, flip flops or even a shoulder to cry on.
Hundreds of highly confidential medical files – including a parent's pleas for help for her mentally ill daughter – were found dumped in a nurse's backyard.
The documents included sensitive information about patients from across south London, including names, addresses, smear test results and requests for Viagra.
Bus driver Daniel Press, 24, of Ewell was jailed for life for murdering 21-year-old Morden footballer William Buckingham by driving a car into him after a fight at the Star Pub in Ewell.
Press will serve a minimum of 12 years behind bars.
