Old Palace Masonic Lodge has donated £1,000 to the South East Cancer Help Centre.
The money will go towards the centre's running costs, which include free treatments, counselling, activities and outings for its members.
The centre, based in Purley Road, Purley, currently holds a prostate cancer support group on the first Monday of each month for people affected by the illness.
