Last Thursday I found an old Accurist ladies' watch outside Barclays Bank in the High Street, Croydon.
It looks well-loved and as though it has been with someone for a long time.
I wanted to hand it into Croydon police station as I assume someone will be missing it.
I tried calling the station many, many times and each time went though to an answer machine which told me I couldn't leave a message, as a result I still have this watch and would like to give it back to its rightful owner but I keep hitting my head against a brick wall.
