A man has been stabbed in Cheam.
The 59-year-old man was found stabbed at a house on Gander Green Lane at about 4.35am.
A police spokeswoman said he was in a non-life threatening condition in a South London hospital.
The spokeswoman said a 41-year-old man had been arrested.
She said: "Police were called out at 4.35am by London Ambulance Service to an address in Gander Green Lane to reports of a an injured man.
“On arrival they found a 59-year-old man suffering from stab wound.
“He was taken to a South London Hospital where his condition was described as non-life threatening.
“A 41-year-old man has been arrested and an investigation is ongoing.”
