Every day Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with leukaemia. We match them with remarkable people they have never met – people willing to donate their stem cells to save lives. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs, the successful candidate will develop and deliver PR strategies to raise awareness of Anthony Nolan’s lifesaving work across a range of audiences. This post will have a particular focus on promoting our fundraising activity to help us achieve our ambitious goals. This will include building relationships with journalists, case studies and celebrities, writing press releases, articles and web copy and acting as first point of contact for media enquiries.

As well as excellent interpersonal skills, you will have previous experience in a communications or PR role. You will be a creative thinker with excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt your style depending on the audience.
