BREAKING NEWS: Road reopened after car collided with traffic lights
Traffic came to a halt in Norbury this morning after a car collided with a set of traffic lights in London Road.
The road has now been cleared and reopened following the smash, which happened at the junction with Galpin's Road and Warwick Road.
