A man has been charged with the murder of a 43-year-old outside a KFC shop.
Monclair Bartley , 24, of Knowlton House, Cowley Road, Brixton Hill, was yesterday charged with the murder of Alper Pasha, from Bermondsey.
Mr Pasha was found unconscious outside KFC in Brixton Road, at around 11.05pm on May 26.
He was taken by ambulance to a south London hospital in a critical condition. He died on Monday, May 30.
Next of kin have been informed and police now await the result of the post mortem examination.
Mr Bartley is due to appear in custody at Camberwell Magistrates' court this morning.
Three other men, aged 21, 22, and 23, were bailed pending further enquiries to a date in August.
