Crystal Palace have made Norwegian international left-back Jonathan Parr their fourth signing of the summer after he joined from Aalesund for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old signed a three-year-deal and will be registered as a Palace player from next Monday.
"I know it is a tough league, a physical league and I know it was a tough season last year for the club," said Parr, who has been capped twice by his country and helped Aalesund qualify for the Europa League last season.
"But I hope that it will be a better season this year and I am really looking forward to coming here."
"I am delighted to add another player of international calibre to the club," said Palace manager Dougie Freedman.
"Jonathan is a quality left-sided player with huge potential and an exciting addition to our squad."
