A suspected fire at a block of flats forced the A309 in Hinchley Wood to close in both directions this morning.
The incident has also affected Manor Road North, at the junction with Kingston bypass, meaning friday morning traffic misery for motorists.
Reports are saying the road has now re-opened, but traffic is likely to remain heavy for some time.
