The borough's bloomin good floral displays have scooped an award.
For the third year in a row, Sutton has excelled at the London in Bloom awards.
Oaks Park in Carshalton has maintained its status as one of the best parks in London after it was given the Silver Gilt Award in the best large park category.
Coun Graham Tope, Leisure spokesman for Sutton Council, said: “The In Bloom competition is a great example of how you can get involved and make a difference in your community. There are lots of ways to help look after a local park, a flowerbed or street trees.”
Judges visited the borough in July as part of the Take Part, Take Pride festival.
