Ballboys and ballgirls needed for Olympic tennis
Trials are being held for Merton and Wandsworth residents to try out as ballboys and ballgirls for the London 2012 tennis event at Wimbledon’s All England Club.
The tryouts will take place on Wednesday, November 16, at South Thames College’s campus in Wandsworth High Street.
The college, which has recently undergone a £100m refurbishment, will also give 25 of its students the opportunity to volunteer at the event.
South Thames College has recently undergone a £100m investment into buildings and facilities and now has a brand new sports hall, a gym and an aerobics studio.
