Carers enjoyed tai chi and egg fried rice as part of a well-earned break to mark the start of Chinese new year.
The event, held at the Darby and Joan Club, in Leigham Court Road, Streatham, on Tuesday, January 24, also saw participants learning about the Chinese Zodiac system and Chinese-style calligraphy.
Charity group South Thames Cross Roads organised the afternoon’s activities as a respite opportunity for mental health carers in Lambeth.
