Police hunt for Caterham missing mother and baby

Police are becoming increasingly concerned after a mother and her baby have gone missing.

Lauryn Bateman, 28, of Caterham, Surrey and her 14-month-old son Terry John Lee were last seen at about 2pm on Friday February 24 in the Robin Hood Lane area of Sutton.

At the time the pair went missing Terry was under the care of the local authority and Mrs Bateman was visiting him under supervision.

She is described at petite, five foot tall with neck length dark hair with a right nostril piercing and a tattoo of the name Gavin on her left arm.

She was wearing a grey top, black leggings and black UGG boots.

Terry was wearing a blue all-in-one, Adidas tracksuit bottoms, black Nike trainers a khaki green coat and mint green fleece.

Anyone with information on the pair should contact police at Wallington on 0208 721 7404 or the Metropolitan police on 101.
