Advice will be given on food for diabetics
A workshop designed to reverse and treat the effects of diabetes is coming to Sutton.
Statistically one in 20 people in the UK are being treated for diabetes and a million people with Type 2 diabetes are not aware they have the disease.
A health and nutrition company, Healthy Living Shows, promotes nutrition enhancing cookware.
They are hosting Food for Life Alliance Diabetes Workshops as part of a health and awareness programme.
The Workshops are on March 22. An afternoon session will take place at 1.30pm - 3.30pm and an evening class from 6.30pm - 8.30pm, at 41-45 Lind Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4PP.
