Girl Guides were promoting sustainability at World Thinking Day last week.
More than 120 members of Girl Guiding, aged between five and 15, together with their Leaders made recycled plant pots and planted tomato and pepper seeds.
During the day the group made dominoes with an environmental theme from recycled paper and cooked pancakes on tin cans.
World Thinking Day, on February 22, is when members of Girlguiding throughout the world remember all members in other countries as their founders Lord and Lady Baden Powell celebrated their birthday on that day.
