A £1000 specialist racing bike has been found abandoned in a back garden.
Police are seeking to identify the owner of a Trigon racing bike which was found abandoned in a back garden of a property in The Causeway, Carshalton, on Sunday, March 11.
It is the first Trigon push bike to have been reported stolen to Met police in the last ten years.
Residents found the bike, which could have been in the garden for some months, and called police.
The address has an alleyway that runs along the back of the rear garden.
The bike is estimated to have been worth around £1,000 when brand new.
