A group of lucky brownies attended the Commonwealth Observance Day service in Westminster Abbey alongside the Queen and a host of famous people.
Ten girls from the 8th Worcester Park Brownies represented Girlguiding UK at the event on March 12.
Dignitaries attending the service included the Countess of Wessex, President of Girlguiding UK, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, the Queen who is head of the Commonwealth and the Duke of Edinburgh.
The National Anthem was sung before the Commonwealth flag was escorted through Westminster Abbey, followed by all 54 flags of the Commonwealth.
Christine Wicks, girl guiding county commissioner for Greater London West and also 8th Worcester Park Brown Owl, said: "It was a wonderful day. We had a rehearsal in the morning and the girls were extremely excited."
