A man arrested in connection with the murder of Chris Isted outside a Croydon pub has been bailed.
The 30-year-old was arrested following the fatal stabbing outside the Ship pub, in High Street, at about 2am on Saturday.
Chris Isted, 25, was pronounced dead at the scene, while his friend Kevin Millward, 25, was taken to hospital with a stab wound.
He is in a stable condition.
Police confirmed the 30-year-old had been bailed pending further investigations.
Detectives from the Homicide & Serious Crime Command are investigating and officers would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and who witnessed the incident to contact them on 020 8721 4205.
