Police warning over "dangerous" escapee (From Sutton Guardian)

• "So firstly it takes almost two days before the people of London & Surrey are warned, & as Jim says he could be totally different by now. Then there is the pole played by Springfield Hospital. Their record at keeping hold of their charges is an absolute disgrace. Two escapees earlier this year, a number of incidents of unsuitable persons being found out & about when unstable as well. They should be relieved of this with immediate effect."
