Police warning over "dangerous" escapee (From Sutton Guardian)

• "As Hove Ex-Pat said, 2 days to inform London and Surrey but, ahem this is the first time I've heard about this and only because I keep the occasional check on the Local Guardian website.
  
  I just looked and can't see anything on London or Surrey BBC sites and not heard it on any other news.... so 'The Public' haven't really been made aware of this 'dangerous' man being on the loose!
  
  And to state that he escaped from a 'secure' ward rather negates the use of that word I would have thought!"
