There is potential across the board of development types including residential, commercial and mixed-use, leisure and retail, infrastructure and industrial.

Councillor Jayne McCoy said: "Our vision is for Sutton to be an enterprising, enabling borough that is a magnet for business investment; that welcomes new entrepreneurs and social enterprises; nurtures its business base and removes barriers to enterprise. We want Sutton to have a competitive edge over our neighbours."

no more pubs or betting shops!!

if i had the money to start up my own business, i would love to have one on the high street. something that's not already there, is helpful and doesn't encourage addiction.
