Something needs to be done about this road. Maybe change 1 of the lanes into a bus lane to reduce accidents & give residence opportunity to park more safely & definatly do not close St Heliers!!!

I have got bits in the local press and gave interviews to the press on the lawn opposite the hospital last year. The video they took still appears in news bulletins when they use library footage. I look forward to the next rally and health permitting I shall be there perhaps on my mobility scooter!

I am incandescent about this as I was already livid about the way the Coalition bulldozed through CaMoron's NHS (privatisation) Act that was in no party's election manifesto. I joined over 1,000 lying down in the roadway on Westminster Bridge closing it for an afternoon within sight of Westminister and they ignored this.
The selected hatchet man hospital CEO who has been slashing posts is the enemy within. I cannot understand how local MP Paul Burstow is a Care Minister in the Government pushing through these cuts yet he wants us to sign a petition against his own actions. If the local government MP's don't stop this alevolent nonsense which is aimed to aid the introduction of private health care schemes by creating pain and delay through the gaps in the service they are creating then I hope their time is up at the next election.
