A man is set to be deported after being arrested for acting suspiciously near a primary school.

The Albanian national was arrested by police on June 13 near Manor Park Primary School, Sutton, and has been bailed from police custody into the care of the UK Border Agency.

Police will be taking no further action following the arrest.

However, the UKBA has told police that the man will be deported.

Police received three reports from the same school last month after a man had tried to gain access to an entrance at the school on three seperate occasions.

So will he be deported then allowed right back in? We have to get these predators out of our country instead of allowing more in everyday. God knows what could have happened. He must have had some sort of history not mentioned in order to be turned over and it taken so seriously. Sutton is becoming seriously crowded with unchecked foreigners.
