A man has been taken to hospital with stab wounds after a fight at a guest house.
Police were called to Apollo Guest House, Beulah Road, Thornton Heath, at 4.30am this morning to reports of a disturbance but after speaking to occupants left.
At 6.40am police returned to further reports of an altercation and found a man, 31, with stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital but is not believed to be in a life threatening condition.
A man aged 48 was arrested and charged.
In March this year a man was found dead at the property though the circumstances were not believed to be suspicious.
