Police appeal after woman falls from bridge

Police want to find out how a woman fell from a bridge over a busy road.
The 20-year-old woman fell from a footbridge over the A217 Reigate Avenue at the junction with Glastonbury Road on Friday shortly after 6.45pm.
She was rushed to hospital after both London Air Ambulance and London Ambulance Service were called to the scene.
She sustained a broken back and pelvis and multiple fractures to other parts of her body, including her legs.
Medical staff feared at one point she could be paralysed.
Initial reports from emergency services the injured woman was 14-years-old were found to be inaccurate.
