This doesnt suprise me that there was a crash on this road. The speeds some cars and vans travel up Mulgrave Road from Cheam, are sometimes way above the speed limit. Drivers seem to have a disregard for the danger they could place other drivers and pedestrians. The speed bumps dont seem to be any deterrent and the noise level from these speeding vehichles sometimes makes it impossible to have your windows open. It needs either the Council to install speed cameras or the Police to step up patrols.
