Sutton South Conservatives offer reward to catch fly tippers Sutton South Conservatives offer reward to catch fly tippers

Frustrated Conservative party members have taken unusual steps to tackle fly tipping - by personally offering a reward for information on the culprits.

Following a spate of fly-tipping in Sutton South, Conservative members, angered at the dumping of TV's, are offering a £100 reward for information leading to the offenders being caught.

Councillor Tony Shields took it upon himself, along with campaigner Jason Hughes, to take the TVs to Kimpton Road dump to be disposed of.
