Man trapped in window frame in North Cheam

Man trapped in window frame
A 39-year-old man had to be rescued by firefighters after he got stuck climbing through a window.
The man was locked out of the house on Aragon Road, North Cheam, and tried to climb in through the small window at around 1.30am, on Sunday.
However, the plan backfired and the man’s torso was left hanging upside down inside the house while his legs were stuck outside the window.
He was taken to St Helier Hospital after suffering severe gashes to his legs where the window frame had dug in.

I know it is the Guardian's standard "strap line" or whatever it is called... but how many people were likely to be around that exact spot at 1.30am on Sunday morning to help the paper write its story?
Get out and investigate and report on your stories yourselves .....rather than just throwing it open to the public to do it for you!!!
