A white version of the car
A woman was dragged out of her car whilst performing a three point turn in the street before seeing the man drive off in it.
Police are appealing for information after the incident on Monday night (September 17).
The incident happened in Rosswood Gardens, Wallington, at 7pm.
The woman, 27, was alone in a black Peugeot 308 doing a three-point turn in the street when a man dragged her out of the car.
The car was driven off and triggered an alert on a number plate reading camera at Junction 9 of the M25 the following morning (18th Sept).
Although shaken up, the woman was not injured.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged early 20s, about 5ft 9in tall.
He had a distinctive scar on the right side of his face going downwards below his cheek bone approximately 0.5 - 1 inch in length.
He had short hair and was wearing a navy blue sweatshirt with white logo on the side and spoke with a London accent.
