Today's example of why we need to keep our local St. Helier Hospital Major A&E Unit.

I had to go to the A & E last Tuesday evening with a friend who was taken there in an ambulance. We were told the waiting time was approximately 4 hours - if St Helier looses the A & E Unit which hospital does an ambulance take you to and how long will the waiting time be then ??

4 hours to be seen, yes I can understand that. The same time I had to wait back in 2009. Absolutely stupid!
