Report says Sutton is the best place to bring up kids in Greater London

Sutton tops the list of best places to bring up a child in Greater London.

The borough has been named the best family location in a national survey which considers house prices, education statistics and expected annual salaries.

The report, conducted by children’s savings provider Family Investments, points towards Sutton’s excellent childcare provisions and Key Stage 2 school scores.

Council leader Ruth Dombey said: "This report really highlights some of the key achievements of the area.

"People can feel confident that their children are receiving the best possible education and employment opportunities anywhere across London."
