Budding artist Isabella Kipling, five, has been voted the winner of a draw a Christmas tree competition.
The competition was staged by Hamptons International in Kingston and Surbiton who invited children at St Matthews C of E Primary School in Surbiton to draw or decorate a Christmas tree.
Entries were displayed at the estate agents’ branches and members of the public were invited to vote for their favourite.
Isabella polled 39 per cent of the votes. Peter Knowles, Hamptons International’s branch manager, went along to the school to present Isabella with an art kit and the school with a cheque for £200.
